Ktistades is a picturesque mountain settlement in <\/b>Arta region<\/b> <\/a>and a year-round Slow Travel destination for all nature lovers.<\/p>\n

Ktistades is built at an altitude of 730 meters and has less than 150 permanent residents. <\/p>\n

\u03a4\u03bf National Park of Tzoumerka<\/a> <\/b> is to be found 5 km from Ktistades, occupies an area of about 820 km2 and its hiking <\/b> path network<\/b> allows the traveller to explore the area Slow, on foot and admire the spectacular morphology of the Tzoumerka area. <\/p>\n

There are about 145 bird species<\/b> living here, as the Golden Eagle (Aquila chrysaetus) & Vulture (Gyps fulvus), hundreds of fish, reptiles <\/b>\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 amphibians,<\/b> \u03ba\u03b1\u03b9 rare butterfly species<\/b>.
