Put the olive oil in a pan with the bay leaf, the lemon pepper, the onions and leek, and brown them in medium fire.<\/p>\n<p>2. Turn fire in low and let them slowly cooked for 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Add cherry tomatoes and continue Slow cooking.<\/p>\n<p>4. Just before onions and cherry tomatoes are ready, turn fire to medium and add balsamic vinegar and salt.<\/p>\n<p>5.
