Yes! Just let us know beforehand and we welcome you and your little friend with care.

Pick up location & Transfer

Pick up location (tours & retreats) is flexible and we can gladly arrange also transfer for you and your group upon request.

What is your cancellation policy for tours?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before your tour’s scheduled departure time. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

What if I need to cancel MY TOUR at the last minute?

Tour cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable, as our local guides and partners have already reserved their time and resources for your spot. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we will do our best to help you replan your tour for a later date, subject to availability and a possible replanning fee to cover our partners' costs. Please contact us immediately to explore your options. No-shows on the day of the tour are not eligible for replanning or refund.

Can I change my tour date?

Yes, you may reschedule your tour up to 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.

What happens in bad weather?

If we cancel the tour due to severe weather or operational issues, you’ll be offered a choice between a full refund or rescheduling.

Why is the 48-hour window so important?

We are a small business committed to ethical tourism and local partnerships. Our local guides and the small family-owned venues we work with depend on each confirmed booking. The 48-hour window allows us to fairly compensate our local partners and potentially offer the spot to another guest. Your understanding helps us sustain a responsible and high-quality travel ecosystem.

FOR RETREATS
Your retreat reservation is secured with a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date. Due to the nature of retreat planning, which involves securing venues, facilitators, and services well in advance, we adhere strictly to the cancellation schedule as follows:
Can I get a refund if I cancel my retreat booking?

Refunds are only available according to the following schedule:

More than 90 days before retreat: If paid in full, you will be refunded the amount minus the non-refundable deposit.

89 to 60 days before retreat: 50% of the total retreat cost is refundable (minus the initial deposit).
Less than 59 days before retreat: No refund is available. At this late stage, all costs have been committed to our local partners.
What if I don’t show up or leave early?

No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows or early departures for any reason.

Is there any flexibility for last-minute changes?

Given our deep commitments to local providers who are small business owners depending on our confirmed bookings, we cannot offer refunds or credits for last-minute cancellations. However, we do offer two supportive options:

Transfer Your Spot: You may transfer your booking to another person who meets the retreat criteria, subject to our approval and an administrative fee, up to 10 days before the retreat.
Replan with a Fee: In cases of genuine emergency, and if we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist, we may offer a partial credit toward a future retreat, minus the non-refundable deposit and any costs we cannot recover. This is not guaranteed and is evaluated case-by-case.
Why is the retreat policy so strict?

We craft our retreats as intimate, transformative experiences with limited spaces. Unlike large hotel chains, we work directly with small local providers, family-run businesses, independent artists, and local guides. These partners are booked and paid well in advance based on our confirmed attendee list. Our policy allows us to honor our financial commitments to them, ensuring they are treated fairly and can continue to offer their exceptional services. It’s a core part of our ethical and sustainable- slow tourism model.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes, it is highly recommended and is your best protection. Due to this policy, we require all retreat guests to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes “trip cancellation” and “interruption” coverage. Some policies even offer “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) add-ons. Please secure insurance shortly after booking to cover unforeseen events, illness, or changes in circumstances.

What if you cancel the retreat?

In the rare event we must cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid directly to us. We are not responsible for non-refundable travel costs (flights, visas, etc.), another important reason to secure travel insurance.
