Founded by a group of passionate locals led by businessman Makis Papoulias, Arcadiani is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich culinary and cultural heritage of Arcadia. Specifically, they wanted to share the essence of Arcadian life, centred on the simple and essential pleasures of living.
The village of Psari was their chosen setting, not only because it carried the memories of their ancestors and childhood but also because they wanted their business to reflect the character of a close-knit, organized community that upholds these values.
