You can reach Varades camping after a 25-minute bus ride from Kamariotisa (port of Samothraki island), or a 4-minute ride from Therma.
The local bus stops exactly at the door gate of Varades camping, which is open from 15 May until 30 September yearly.

Varades social cooperative founded in February 2017 and operates the municipal camping in Therma since then.
They offer tents and caravan pitches in fair prices, (105 pitches in total), hot water 24 hr., free access to fridge and freezer and WiFi.
The overnights stay per person costs € 3.80 for adults and € 2.00 for children <12. The camp space for a small tent (up to 2 people) costs € 3.00 per night and for a large one (+3 people) € 4.30 per night.
This family-friendly camping accepts pets and offers excellent services and overnights stays just 4 kilometers from Therma settlement.
Varades camping offers bicycles and canoes hire services, while during the summer months various activities are taking place in the camping, for adults and children.

Varades social cooperative campsite offers regularly guided trekking tours to Therma waterfalls and the mountain top ‘’Fengari’’.
The campsite`s cafeteria is open from early in the morning with homemade breakfast options and local food and products.
Varades support various municipal initiatives as well, like art events and contributes to the reduction of unemployment in Samothraki island.
