Lifeloversgreece.com Travel website promotes the Slow Living philosophy, Slow Travel destinations and Eco-friendly accommodations in Greece, and offers travel consultancy, special events planning and marketing services.
By using the Lifeloversgreece.com, you agree to the terms and conditions, regardless of whether you are a registered user on the site or not.
By accessing the website, visiting it, using it and/or making a booking request or a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you have no right to get information or to continue to use Lifeloversgreece.com or the services provided through our site.
Failure to comply with these Terms and using the Site may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Key Terms
‘’We/us’’ means slowtravelgreece.com, the website that Life Lovers Greece private limited company operates from.
“Accommodation” means the owner(s) of a small-to-medium-sized hotel, Eco Farms, and traditional guesthouses complex.
“Content” means the textual, visual, or aural content on our website, the text, images, videos, animations, graphics, music, audio, information, or other material.
“Traveller” means a user requesting a reservation or make a booking in a holiday accommodation or a user requesting travel consultancy services through our Site.
‘’LLG Offer’’ means the act of providing special-priced services in Greece through Lifeloversgreece.com to Traveller to accept or reject as desired.
“Conversation” means the messages sent between Travelers, Holiday Accommodations, and Life Lovers Greece customer service including availability request, availability confirmation, booking confirmation, travel consultancy requests, questions, answers to special requests or other messages.

Booking with us
To receive the best available prices and discounts at any time of year, book directly with Life Lovers Greece.
Life Lovers Greece booking request services are free, and there are not any additional reservation fees to the booking rate.
From the moment you make your booking request, we provide personal support during your Slow Travel experience in Greece, for Free.
Every booking reservation is important and special to the us and to the owners of the accommodations.
Since this we cooperate with small-to-medium-sized hotel, Eco Farms, and traditional guesthouses complex, the contribution of the Traveller to the host community is of high importance.
We appreciate each booking request and understand how the impact of Covid-19 can affect travel plans worldwide.
Therefore, we adopted a flexible and fair cancellation policy with no cancellation fees within 15 calendar days before the day of the arrival.
Any extra cost, such as tourist tax, lunches or dinners which are not included in the booking are paid during the stay at the accommodation.

Article 3
Booking procedure & Cancellation Policy
Step 1: Reservation request
The Traveller can make a reservation request by filling out the form fields of the reservation request form.
The Traveller is not asked to provide any document at this step.
The reservation is not yet confirmed. Within 24 hours the Traveller will receive an email with the confirmation of the availability of the holiday accommodation selected.
Step 2: 24 hours response time via e-mail
The Traveller receive within 24 hours an e-mail with the subject ‘’Availability & Offer’’ containing information about the availability of the accommodation selected.
- When there is availability on the reservation request dates the Traveller will receive via e-mail an LLG offer, with a total reservation price inclusive of VAT with the subject ‘’Availability & Offer’’.
- If there is no availability on the selected reservation request dates the Traveller is offered alternative dates of stay in the same accommodation.
- The Traveller is not obligated to accept any of the offers above and ask our customer service about the availability and prices on new requested dates.
Step 3: Confirmation of a Booking reservation
The Traveller has 7 business days to e-mail us back and accept or decline our offer.
- The Traveller can accept or decline the LLG offer by replying to the e-mail with the subject ‘’Availability & Offer’’.
- We keep a temporary reservation for the Traveller for 7 days. If we do not hear anything from the Traveller within 7 business days the reservation request will be automatically deleted.
Step 4: Finalizing a Booking reservation
When the Traveller accepts our offer will be required to pay half (50%) of the total reservation price.
- The remaining total (50%) of the reservation price must be paid by the Traveller at the selected accommodation at the end of their stay.
- The cost of the first night`s stay functions as a deposit, and in case of cancellation will be forfeited in order to recoup costs.
- The e-mail following contain an invoice with the 50% of the total reservation price and must be paid within 1 week after the send date via bank transfer, Paypal, Transferwise, or Viva Wallet.
- The reservation is only definitive after confirmation of the prepayment of the half (50%) of the total reservation price.
- The e-mail(s) following contain the confirmation of the booking and a variety of information regarding the stay at the accommodation.
- 15 days before the day of the arrival we send an e-mail for reminder to the Traveller and arrange any last-minute request.
Article 4
Cancellation of a booking
The Traveller is entitled to cancel a booking by notifying us via e-mail to [email protected].
When cancelling a booking in whole or in part the Traveller will be charged for the first night`s stay at the selected accommodation.
In any case the first night`s deposit will be forfeited in order to recoup costs.
• Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance of the arrival date will receive a full refund (of the prepayment of the half (50%) of the total reservation price) minus the first night`s deposit.
• Cancellations made 7 – 15 days in advance of the arrival date the Traveller will receive a 25% refund of the prepayment of the half (50%) of the total reservation price minus the first night`s deposit.
• Cancellations made 0 – 7 days in advance of the arrival date the Traveller will receive a 0% refund of of the prepayment of the half (50%) of the total reservation price.
• If the Traveller will not arrive at the selected accommodation on the day of the arrival without providing advance notice, we will understand this to mean that the Traveller has cancelled the stay at the accommodation.
In this case the prepayment of the half (50%) of the total reservation price will be forfeited in order to recoup costs.
Article 5
Change a booking
• To keep things simple, the Traveller can change reservation dates and modify their booking free of charge within 15 days before the day of the arrival.
• The first night`s deposit will function as a part payment for the booking and get deducted from the remaining total.
• The remaining total of the offer will be paid by the Traveller at the end of their stay at the selected accommodation.
• The Traveller will still have to pay the difference of the remaining total if the new rate is higher.

Lifeloversgreece.com is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damages, loss of profit, loss of production or damage to reputation, caused directly or indirectly by the use of our service(s) or the unavailability of our service(s).
Whether the holiday accommodation payment is managed by Lifeloversgreece.com, it is always the responsibility of the accommodation to collect, retain, pay and send to the competent authorities applicable taxes, calculated based on the total price of the services and facilities offered by the holiday accommodation.
Lifeloversgreece.com cannot be held responsible for the collection, withholding, or send payment to the competent authorities of the taxes applicable to the cost of the services and facilities offered by the holiday accommodation or business partners of Lifeloversgreece.com.

Privacy
Lifeloversgreece.com emphasizes the importance of the privacy of our visitors.
By completing a booking, traveler agrees to receive an email, which we may send you shortly prior to the arrival date, including information relevant to your reservation and destination, and an e-mail, which we may send to you promptly after the stay inviting to leave a review on the Accommodation. Lifeloversgreece.com guarantees that your data will not be passed on to third parties. All information that you have provided, will only be used for making a booking request.
